The Vespertinal Zenetic

I was literally screaming my wits off when the thought of school being hours away came into my head. I wasn't ready to let go of summer vacation ahaha.

But this week...

-I have met all (but one) of my teachers and I LOVE them. They're all young and cool and they make discussions seem like retarded randomness between buddies. Makes one look forward to the subjects more.
-I NEVER opened my laptop bag since the night I moved into the boarding house (that was Sunday). I got to open it again when I reached home XD; poor Felan..
-I have used up like 80% of my week's allowance on the third day. WHAT THE EFF.
-I have slept alot. I still can't concentrate well in my Math 54 class 'coz of my sleepiness. Seriously, I hate the feeling because I keep nodding myself to sleep and the lesson does not even sink into my BRAIN.

I was supposed to be covering my notebooks but LOL internet for no week made me run for it instead. I need to go now, it's like waaaay past my bedtime.

"...Alas, the remnants of summer vacation are almost to disappear completely. Likened to the last few layers of snow left hanging on branches during winter-spring crossing, the time of relaxation and monotonous days will soon be over and will soon be animated by the bustle of academics and offline socializing."



*cough* less poetic drama for now.

I'll try to be more active, now that the boarding house finally has internet connection! I'll make it a point that I would still be active art-wise while I do my best academically. I don't want to drift off from what I currently am obsessing, despite doing excellent in school already is toxic x_X

Actually, I have finished this 2 days ago but I thought of posting it here only now XD; Same, SAI Paint Tool for most of the painting and Photoshop CS2 for the background and typography.


It's already 2 AM so here I go, signing off! _{SRSLYYYY ;A; 4 more days to go and I still haven't readjusted my sleeping schedule!!!}

I had the itch to draw my version of Philippines (if ever he existed in Hetalia world)... and lol funny that today IS June 12th, his* day of independence! Here he is! With his chicken who is yet to be named!

I got addicted to Lenka's song "Don't Let Me Fall". It's so sweet, innocent and wonderful. Everytime I hear it, it makes me feel like I'm drifting above the world with a balloon.. it's just so calming!

The moment I listened to it, I instantly thought of a mental image.. and I just had to draw it! Before I went to sleep, I was thinking of how to direct it as a drawing.. what style I should use.. what mood. It plagued me for about a week.

And finally, I was able to put it down on paper! ..err, I mean on digital drawing XD;

I'm so happy I was able to bring my idea to life... most of the time I give up with a concept and never come back to it. At least now, my motivation and diligence for art is improving XD;

I should be sleeping now. XD; Too much late sleeping rearranged my sense of time and I still feel like it's 11 PM (when currently, it's 2 AM!)
